Quick and easy measurement of the moisture content in wood
Current and two previous measurements are shown on the display to provide a reference and compare readings
Three-colour LED traffic light interprets the measured values:
- Dry (green) < 12 %
- Alarming (yellow) 12 - 20 %
- Moist (red) > 20 %
Sticker with examples of the different wood groups for quick setting of the correct wood group
Self-test to check the calibration, inverted segment display and automatic switch-off
Two wood groups to choose from for more precise results:
- Wood group A: Maple, birch, larch, Douglas fir, fir, cherry, spruce
- Wood group B: ash, pine, oak, walnut, beech
Automatic switch-off: after 5 minutes
Measuring range: A: 7.1 to 74.7 % | B: 6.4 to 61.9 %
